What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We ship almost anywhere in the world. E-mail me at megbiram@gmail.com to check your location. If shipping amount is more than "Everywhere Else" price, the purchaser will be billed for the remaining shipping cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your item will be shipped within 10 days of your purchase and will arrive depending on your proximity to Virginia.

How is my package shipped?

Shipping is done via United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. All packages will be insured for the value of the artwork. You will be notified with the tracking number for the package.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged in transit using UPS, please contact your local UPS office for assistance with handling claims. For packages damaged sent via USPS, please e-mail me at megbiram@gmail.com and I will give you the proper information to file a claim with the USPS.
